Constitution Review

BCI is currently revisiting its Constitution and By-Laws.  The church has changed over the last few years.   Some provisions may have been changed or no longer apply.  The leadership felt that this would be an appropriate time to revisit our Charter and to ensure that the document reflects what we are or want to be as a church.
